We are looking for an Intern Monday, Wednesday and Friday from approx 11AM -5pm – we are flex with these hours. Looking for approx 15 hours/week.
The candidate who holds this position will assist the Head of our Domestic side (housekeepers, Nannies, Chefs etc). Candidate will be responsible for heavy phones including but not limited to calling, screening and scheduling candidates as well as setting appointments for interviews, assisting with generating and booking leads for potential candidates as well as filing, copying, cataloging and minimal errands.
* Fluent spanish is a plus!

He/She will be responsible for the scheduling and structuring of the employer’s private, social and business calendars, arranging all public appearances, securing travel arrangements and daily itineraries as well as
correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the employer, takes care of bills, insurance and other personal affairs.
He/She also may be in charge of the household staff, supervising their day-to-day activities, liaising with contractors and negotiating with them to arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be done in the home.
The client ideally seeks someone who is flexible and will be open to wearing many hats – and filling in when needed in a variety of areas.
Additionally this client seeks someone who is able to handle hectic wok schedules and have high endurance. ( Hours- 8am- 4pm) M-F. 50K DOE + Health Insurance. Home is based in Santa Monica.
