We seek someone who is accomplished in the area of being an Exec Asst as well as a Personal Assistant.  Ideal candidate is poised, fashion savvy and loves being an Asst to someone extremely busy. We’d like someone as well who feels they are versed in the areas of fashion and entertainment (pop culture) but also know the high-end places in NYC.  Ideal person will also have worked with an exceptionally busy person and will be at ease managing a busy person’s life: scheduling, reservations, calls/ correspondence, interfacing with business execs, handling matters of the home, vendors, overseeing renovations, helping with a move, gift shopping etc. This is an extremely fast paced environment, so you must be able to work quickly and efficiently! Strong computer skills are extremely important on both MAC and PC.  Must be excellent on Excel and the whole Office suite and be tech savvy.  Hours M-F 9-7pm with some flexibility.  60K+ health benefits. The Grapevine Agency is in need of a great Nanny / Mothers Helper to assist a single mom and her (2) elementary school age girls in Brentwood.  Perfect candidate will be college educated and have experience working with girls of this age.  Duties will include driving to and from after school activities, overseeing homework, some cooking for the children as well as some personal errands for the mother (grocery shopping, organizing, scheduling etc) Candidate must have their own car and have a CLEAR driving record, must also be loving, energetic and engaging.  We are looking for someone with great energy who will be a positive roll model for the girls.  This is a nice opportunity for someone who has a bit of flexibility in their schedule.  Some weeks will be approximately 20 hours and some will be 28 – please see below.

You will be dealing with the NY Satellite office as well as press so must have a great phone manner. The Grapevine agency is looking for a Nanny for a wonderful 11 year old girl in Venice.  The perfect match will be bright, upbeat, energetic, engaging and enthusiastic about working with a little girl of this age.  Someone who will plan fun age appropriate activities for her as well as act as a mentor assisting her with homework etc. There will be some driving involved and gas and mileage will be paid.  This position guarantees 10 hours per week only but there is potential for extra pay for babysitting in the evenings. The schedule will be rotating with afternoon weekdays one week and weekends the next. (Nanny is rarely needed on the weekends but will need to be available depending on parent’s schedule) Candidate will be paid per week even if they are not utilized all 10 hours.  Must be open to travel at times throughout the year and will be given plenty of notice.  Perfect match will be someone who is completing school and would like a dependable salary with minimal time commitment.  Please note this position calls for flexibility and the ability to be on top of a ever-changing schedule.

The family is truly looking for the perfect match. The couple has a 10 month old son.  Perfect candidate will be comfortable working as a Housekeeper as well as a Nanny.
