A-list actor/producer/director seeks highly experienced NYC based first Executive Assistant to handle both personal and professional responsibilities.

This is a very intense and demanding position that requires a candidate who is strong leader, works well in a team, highly organized and efficient, very resourceful, has strong attention to details, and is available 24/7.

You must be able to anticipate all of the actor’s needs at all times, all potential scenarios/conflicts in a situation, and be ready/able to solve problems without creating them.

Candidate should be experienced in traveling domestically and internationally with their former employers, chartering private planes, and familiar with major cities (NY, LA, etc).

You must be familiar with all the key players, have a strong list of contacts, excellent phone manners,

be friendly and presentable at all times, but firm and thick skinned. You should be familiar with both development and physical production. Duties include but are not limited to: travel coordination,

heavy scheduling, production and press coordination, gift buying, overall management of the actor’s life professionally and personally. Discretion and professional manners are an absolute must.

Salary commensurate with experience.
