Full-time Private Chef needed for family of five in Beverly Hills to prepare lunches, after-school snacks and dinners Monday thru Friday. Plan menus (including consulting with family’s nutritionist), grocery shop, keep pantry and fridges stocked, cook and keep kitchen immaculately clean. No serving. Family enjoys California/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine that is healthy, fresh, flavorful, visually pleasing and high in protein/low in carbs. Looking for a polished Jack/Jill of all Trades for an amazing Investment firm which has it’s satellite office in Santa Monica. Ideal candidate will be able to juggle executive asst duties for CEO as well as other executives in the office while sitting up at the front receptionist desk. You will also be required to act as Office Manager and Personal Assistant for CEO and his wife. This is a job for someone with a great can do attitude, 4 year college degree and 5 years of Asst experience. Duties will include, scheduling, handling phones, liaising on a daily basis with NY based Exec Asst, keeping a daily log for your boss, expense reports, light book keeping using Quickbooks, occasional errands, greet guests and clients, overseeing and stocking office supplies, handling all domestic and international travel for the CEO who has a private plane. You must be comfortable coordinating directly with the pilot and crew to make sure everyone is on the same timeline. You will be the point person for all travel needs for the CEO and his family so you must enjoy booking and changing travel often. Candidate must be computer and tech savvy and be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and all other Microsoft Suite . This is a great opportunity to work for a good boss.
