Looking for a smart, hungry and detailed assistant to run the fast paced desk of a very busy Talent Manager/ Owner.  Must know how to handle heavy phones, scheduling and running the day to day operations of this office.  You will also be the liaison between Manager and his A List clients a true service heart is needed.  Successful candidate will be a self starter who has enough experience in entertainment to hit the ground running, have your finger on the pulse, know the names of key players in the industry, good at networking and have at least 1 year as a 1st on a representation desk (Agency or Management Company).  There is room to grow if you prove yourself so we prefer someone who wants to be a Talent Manager!   Must be able to represent this company well.  Check your ego at the door b/c we are looking for someone who is eager to please, has the passion and wants to go above and beyond the call of duty to prove yourself to be a future Manager at this company!  This is a great company that is looking for the right personality match!

Duties of role:

Shipping and Receiving Jewelry
Ship all orders, special orders, on approval, consignment, and trunk shows to stores
Photocopy all shipments, write style #’s on the bag, give estimate to internal person to invoice
Update pending orders document
Schedule pickups via messenger (SCM)
Enter Fedex/UPS/Brinks Costs in Shipping Costs Sheet to track shipping expenses
Schedule RTV pickups from stores and communicate with the store on details of pickup
Update shipping document and send daily email of all shipments going out
Trunk Shows
Assist in creating trunk show shipping schedule
Photocopy, tag, and bag all trunk show pieces
Communicate with stores on shipments being sent
Schedule pickups from the stores to RTV trunk shows
Check in all trunk show RTV’s and give paperwork to team

the actress that runs the company (who is in town about 5 months a year) as well as
can be an assistant/creative contributor when the actress is not in town. 
Ideal person will have an excitement and aptitude for reading scripts and writing coverage, will have experience in film, will be OK with working at the production company when actress is not  in town and will simply enjoy wearing a variety of hats.
When actress is in town, this role will act more as a Personal Assistant and will be based in Beverly Hills.
Client comes for a few weeks every couple of months.
When client is in town the assistant will manage schedule, will drive and will be extremely flexible as this can be more of a 24/7 role
during these periods.  Regular hours are 9:30 to 6:30.  Eligible for OT when client is here.

A client seeks a super organized, efficient, detailed personal assistant to maintain the personal needs for a writer in entertainment.
The home is in BH and the office is in Burbank.

General duties will include but are not limited to: running errands, maintaing the home and working with staff which includes trainer, chef, housekeepers, gardener and pool man.  Must also make sure to be on top of the technology in the home as well as keep a detailed eye out in general of needs around the home.  Be aware when things are broken or light bulbs need changing etc.

Will also assist in party planning and handling guests when they stay in home.  Other duties include gift buying, ensuring the contacts are up to date, closets etc.  Must also be open to travel to NYC on occasion.

General hours will be 9/10 to 7/8 M-F and person will be available by phone and email on off days.
