As the 3rd Assistant, you will be part of the team supporting a high-level executive in a very fast-paced office. The ideal candidate for this position must have an upbeat attitude, excellent follow through and be exceedingly well organized. You must also take pride in being a great assistant and have an AMAZING WORK ETHIC combined with the skills and ability to complete important projects with minimal supervision needed. You have common sense and are a true team player able to leave your ego at the door. (You won’t be offended by being asked to get someone coffee or to run an errand, etc.) You should be willing to commit yourself to being an assistant as this is NOT a job for someone wanting to “move up the ladder”.
Our office is located on the westside and the hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm (but you must be able to be flexible to come in early / stay late occasionally if needed).

– Full time high-end housekeeper who will work special events and projects (Client does a lot of entertaining) and is competent to manage admin when needed

– Must like dogs and be able to handle them (Client has 3 dogs, a large, medium and small. 2 labradoodles, one of them is 125 pounds)
– Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, however, the candidate would need to spend the night to take care of the dogs when Client travels. This is very important!
– Client travels 40%-50% of the time, so the position is semi-live in, but the hire would be a live-out. This could change and evolve into something depending on how the relationship evolves. A car, at that point, would be negotiable.
