House Manager needed in Calabasas! (on hold)

Salary based on experience 50K-70K DOE.

General hours will be around 8/9am – 5/6pm

A young “entertainment” person seeks a House Manager for their 8500 sqft home.

MUST have complete discretion and will have to sign an NDA.

Very pleasant people but must be able to perform duties and stay on top of all needs.

There is an assistant so this is very much a true House Manager role.

Will have exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Must ensure that ALL areas of the home, inside and out, are working correctly at all times.

Will be the person in charge when the owner travels which can be a couple weeks or a couple months at a time.

(Including all video monitors, speakers, lights, security systems etc.).

Will be responsible for:

Stocking the fridge, pantries, laundry room and all supplies;
Will be able to examine the house daily for needs;
Interface with staff (HSKP, gardeners, pool people);
Assist with remodel as needed;
Handle bookkeeping as related to home and petty cash;
Work with outside vendors to ensure all equipment is working;
Get ready for guests when they come;

Pick up from school, take to park or activities.

Prepare meals. Would like someone to cook organic. They can share cooking ideas if you are not an excellent cook.

After meal prepare for 7:30 bedtime.

Ensure house is tidied after kids go to bed.
