Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for an entrepreneurial CEO who owns companies in music event production, marketing and finance. We are looking for someone who can handle all of the CEO’s day-to-day administrative matters. In this position, standard administrative duties will be supplemented with occasional involvement in special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks
• Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient and professional.
• Confidentiality and flexibility are critical to success in this position
• Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives, assistants, entrepreneurs and others to coordinate a variety of complex meetings while always keeping business priorities in mind and being flexible to a changing environment and acknowledging urgency when necessary
• Arrange frequent and sometimes complex travel reservations for executive management as needed. Experience with private jet travel is a plus.
• Heavy expense management covering reimbursement from multiple companies
• Organize, maintain, and update electronic databases and paper files
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic and written communications

QUALIFICATIONS
• BA Degree and a minimum of 3-5 years Executive Assistant supporting C-level Executives in the entertainment industry
• Expert level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong decision making ability
• Strong computer skills (including proficiency in the MS Office suite)
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating poise, resourcefulness and the highest level of professionalism
• Must be discrete dependable honest and trustworthy with the ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times and possess the ability to properly handle sensitive materials

This position is responsible for advancing the activities of the Managing Partners by assisting in the organization and prioritization of the Partner’s time with both internal and external audiences. In addition, the position serves as the staff liaison between the Partners, and associates and clients both business and industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide assistance to the Partner in managing all aspects of his business and personal schedule and communicate as needed to the executive team and serve as the point person for clients and staff
– Support strategy development and fundraising objectives
– Keep track of special projects assigned by the Partner and work with other staff members to accomplish project goals
– Read, analyze incoming correspondence, emails, memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution or other actions that must be taken
– Draft correspondence, attend meetings and take notes as needed
– Provide presentations to clients and be able to “speak the language” of high net worth investors and institutional investors
– Manage a high volume of business and personal travel
– Answer client questions, direct inquiries to appropriate parties and/or departments and use independent judgment when handling confidential and urgent issues

• Knowledge of fund proposals and investment language

• Be articulate, communicative, and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with both internal and external contacts
• Expert level of proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and Outlook
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; exceptional organizational and research skills are required with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet designated deadlines is critical

This client already has a full time housekeeper (M-F) but needs extra help on weekends and some evenings.

Hours will be 9-5pm on Sat & Sun and extra evenings. We can guarantee 22 hours per week!

We have a new job in for a Head Housekeepers, who is going to have to managing the home without being overbearing, a true team player.

It is for a single male, very tough, very nice if you are working hard and doing your job but he is VERY detailed. He lives here and spends time in London.
Large home 5,000-10,000 sqft. You will be expected to manage 2-3 other Housekeepers and be able to delegate to them yet work as a team. Must be able to oversee and keep everything organized in the household.
