Busy executive couple in Hollywood Hills needs a full-time Personal Assistant with long-term intent willing to be on-call 24/7.  Ideal candidate will be 2-3 years out of FIDM/Parsons/Otis/FIT whose passion is fashion and interior design. You must be fun, have a wonderful fashion sense, professional and not star-struck, quick-thinking, calm and efficient, know LA like the back of their hand and willing to be on call 24-7 and work any and all hours as needed. Responsibilities include heavy scheduling, handling phones, arranging travel, running errands, personal & online shopping, keeping meticulous records, scheduling and overseeing household vendors, taking the dog to the groomer and vet, drive employer as needed, basically do whatever it takes to help the employers lead an organized and stress-free day.  $60-70K DOE & excellent benefits, incl 401k and discretionary annual bonus.

A lovely client/family in Hancock Park with 3 kids, 2, 5 and 9
seeks a person who can assist with a variety of needs.
There is a housekeeper that comes twice a week to do heavy duty cleaning.
They are seeking someone to be a part of the family.
She is extremely organized and tidy and ideally seeks someone who is open to assisting with the kids,
driving to and from activities as needed, feeding snacks, light prep for dinner, errands etc.
Will also be open though to making sure the house is clean everyday so that she does not come home to a mess.
Make beds, empty dishwasher, clean counters, sweep/mop floor, laundry (esp. for kids), organize kids room
and play areas. Assist with dishes after meals etc.
She herself is a real doer so she is hoping to have someone who is open to performing the same tasks that she would handle.
Ideally – SEEKS a LIVE IN person, or someone who lives very nearby and is open to the flexible hours.
Would like someone to sometimes be with 2 year old in AM and pick up dishes from breakfast, clean up organize and make beds.
Take to activities etc.
Pick up kids if she can’t from school.
Be around for after school hours. Till about 8pm or so …..
Over all seek someone who is super flexible, SPEAKS very good English, is fun and playful but also super organized and nice.

This position will be based out of a home office and on the go as you will be expected to run errands. You will also work closely with the full time driver. Salary is $45K-55K plus benefits.

Saturday 8AM till 12pm, can take break and be back at 5pm till after dinner (10)
Sunday till about 6pm.

Many weekends are spent in Palm Springs so have to be open to travel.
You do get time to yourself.

If this is a match, down the road there is opportunity to travel, especially in Europe
where a grandfather lives.
