We are looking for a couple amazing gift wrappers for a high end client of ours.  He is an interior designer who needs someone to wrap all of his holiday gifts for him.  Must be extremely neat, details and meticulous as he has high standards and wants the presentation to represent him and look beautiful.  Based in Santa Monica.

Dec, 19th, 20th and 21st.  Whole days – 9am-6pm.  May need someone an extra day or so depending on how many gifts there are.

 

$12/hour CASH.

The Grapevine Agency is seeking an experienced, hardworking, thick skinned assistant to work for a busy woman based out of her Bell Canyon home.  Must be able to research and book travel and create travel schedules. Duties will include prioritizing of emails and phone calls, errands, scheduling, acting as gatekeeper, assisting with management team of speaking engagements and helping with book tour schedules, track and report expenses, work with Estate Manager to oversee all household needs.  Must be extremely organized and discreet.  This woman has a big life so we need someone who can keep everything running smoothly and make sure she is focused, on time and on track with everything.  Will most likely need to be reachable via cell/email/text 24/7 and must be very tech savvy.  Occasional travel needed on book tour.  Must be professional and able to multi task and be a self starter.  No room to grow.  True assistant with a service heart needed. Ideal candidate will have a calm demeanor but be able to move quickly and get things done.  No ego!

45K-60K DOE and 50% of health insurance paid after 90 days.
