Looking for a razor sharp assistant to run the desk of this A-List Manager/Executive.  Must have 5 years experience in the entertainment industry and know the names of all key players.  Duties will include making sure all aspects of your boss’ business and personal life are handled, all scheduling, phones as well as tracking all booking slips for clients.  This is an extremely fast paced desk with many A-List clients so phone manner, great writing/spelling/grammar skills, and the ability to anticipate all needs for your boss is essential.  There will be another assistant in the office as well who will handle more of the client’s schedules etc so must be a team player!  Must be PC/Dell Savvy, detailed and have a thick skin and not bring your baggage to work.  Focused, smart, polished and hardworking!

Personal Asst/ Mother’s Helper/ House Manager- Hancock Park!

 

40 hours/week but must be very flex!  Based out of Hancock Park home and sometimes office 5 mins away.

We are looking for a nurturing Personal Assistant/ House Manager for a busy entertainment family.  Since both parents have busy careers we need someone to care for the home, 13 year old child and all personal matters.  Duties will include errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaning pick up and drop off,  driving child to activities and overseeing communication with school, book travel, make beds, tidy kitchen, gas and wash cars,   household schedule, booking appointments etc.  40 hours a week but must be VERY flexible as the schedule may change from week to week depending on what’s going on in the household.  Ideal candidate is organized, detailed, flexible, has no ego, is a team player and a great can do attitude!  Also may be used for filing in the office, housesitting, babysitting when parents travel.  Must be a dog and cat lover.  


 

 

Weekend Housekeeper/ Nanny- Brentwood

It’s a housekeeper on weekends with some nanny as well for school aged kids in Brentwood.  Very high profile home.

Some one who is happy to take care of the children’s bedrooms, playroom, toys and pool area as well as happy to help in the kitchen and clean down.
It will be for 4-6hrs (10-4) sat and sunday when the mom/ Actress is in town.
When she is traveling the hours will increase to ALL DAY and possibly staying over on sat night.
When the family travel they may have no hours at all.
