Hours can be flexible.  Either every week day morning from 9-1pm or 3 full days a week.

Must live near West Side.

Ideal candidate is very detailed, has an excellent phone manner, enjoys speaking on the phone with different accounts and customers and has amazing follow thru.  Job duties will include- following up on sales calls, calling customers to make sure they are taken care of and know about specials, pay bills, help boss on various projects, handle all Facebook and Twitter posts for company, greeting guests, answering emails and some personal errands. Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel and great follow thru.

This is for someone who likes to work hard and can even help out with some sales!

2 WEEK LIVE IN NANNY TEMP NEEDED- Brentwood

We are looking for a TEMP from Oct 21st- Nov 1 for a high profile hollywood family in Brentwood with 2 school aged kids.  Nanny will live in M-Fri am.  Hours will start at 6:30/7 when kids wake for school.  You will be in charge of getting them up, feeding them a healthy breakfast and driving them to school.  You will then return to the house to tidy their rooms etc and then have time off.  After school you will pick them up and drive to all after school playdates/activities, feed snacks, help with homework and cook them dinner and oversee shower and bed time until about 8pm.  Friday, your day will end after school drop offs.  IDEAL candidate speaks Spanish and English perfectly, is upbeat, energetic, knows about healthy cooking and is able to help with homework.  Also, must have a PERFECT driving record and excellent current references.
