Seeking an exceptionally detailed House Manager/Personal Assistant who will manage all details as related to the home and family scheduling. Will work alongside an EA and a second assistant.
Ideal person will have a true service heart, be a true team player and is willing to wear many hats. Must also be able to work in an environment with young kids.
Clean driving and background check is a must.
• Management of family schedule for wife and kids. Ensuring that Mr.’s office is in sync with schedule. Go over daily schedule everyday with Mrs.
• Responsible for the management of the home. Work with vendors for repairs.
• Errands—each day the PA/HM will have “stuff” to do. Stocking the home etc.
• Food- this is a big subject. Each day will have to order and get lunch as well as make sure to see if someone is cooking (a HSKP) or ordering food for the evening. Will also do all grocery shopping.
• Crestron home—so tech savvy is a plus.
• Event planning – there are a large number of events each year as well as small dinner gatherings. When there are dinners at the home during the week, you will greet guests and ensure that needs are met prior to leaving for the evening.
Also, responsible for kids parties.
• Taking care of petty cash.
• Responsible for management of staff – HSKPS and Nannies
• Maintenance of cars
• Interface as needed with kids school
Ideal person will also know QUICKBOOKS or QUICKEN
At the end of each day must know that all is taken care of and that anything is broken is fixed prior to leaving for the day.

May travel on vacations as well and will know how to navigate with being there for mom for needs (errands, organizing, some computer work on occasion) but also a great mentor and buddy to the kids.

We are looking for a fun and engaging and highly organized SPANISH speaking Nanny for 2 kids (6 and 9) in Brentwood for an A-List couple.  The goal would be to keep them entertained and off their iPads.  You will be responsible for  making sure the kids are ready for the day and week ahead from homework to play dates and find time to tidy.  Nanny must speak Spanish all the time to the children unless not safe to do so.  They should be tech savvy and know how to use navigation in cars, iPads etc.  Must have a perfect driving record as you will drive kids to school and activities etc.  Ideal candidate has worked in a high profile home as a Nanny for at least 3 years and have excellent references.  Any coaching/tutoring/teaching Spanish is a bonus.  There will be some travel but typically no more than 2 weeks at a time during the school year.  Over the summer you will be living with them in their Hampton’s house for up to 2 months.  Car and accomidations will be provided.  There will be a housekeeper in the home but it is the Nannies responability to clean up after the kids in the house and garden as well as open up the kids rooms, tidy all toys, books, closets, drawers, make the beds, change bedding if needed (housekeepers wash) and turn down their beds.  The housekeepers will do the deep cleaning in bedrooms and bathrooms.  Bathing is typically done by the parents but you may be asked to supervise if parents are not home.  Must be able to cook simple meals for the kids that meet their not so simple dietary requirements.  You will then wash up and clear away kid’s plates etc.  You will make sure the kids eat at the appropriate times.

 

Must have a perfect driving record, excellent references and experience working in a high profile home!
