Wed- Sun Nanny needed in Pacific Palisades!

We are looking for a Wed- Sun nanny for a 4.5 year old boy in the palisades.  You will be expected to LIVE IN over the weekends (fri/Sat nights) when the family is in town and live in Wed-Sun if you are traveling with the family.  They have homes in Santa barbara and Palm Springs so you may fly with them on their own plane for long weekends.  Light cleaning will be needed (laundry, dishes, making beds and keeping things tidy) as the housekeepers is off on the weekend.  Some driving to activities and play dates and a car will be provided.  Prepping kids meals. Must be dog friendly as they have a pug.  Ideal candidate will know their place and not be overly chatty and is flexible to go with the flow.

$20-$25/hour

When you sleep over you have a seperate bedroom and bathroom and will get an additional $75/night.

Schedule is:
Wed – noon- 7:30 and occasional babysitting at night
Thurs – noon -7:30 and occasional babysitting at night
Fri noon – 8 sleep over
Sat 7-8  sleep over
Sun 8-5 go home.

Personal Assistant reports to Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

  • Reading/responding to her email, voice mail, prioritizing her tasks, as well as managing house staff
  • Communicate transparently and seamlessly with Chief of Staff to insure constant, efficient flow of information emanating from staff, calls, mail and emails to keep  her informed and aligned
  • Maintain a constantly changing and very busy calendar; including planning, prepping and scheduling meetings, luncheons, cocktails and dinners as well as greeting VIP visitors
