Personal Assistant Job Description:
65K- 75K + full benefits
Personal Assistant will offer personalized support to CEO/President. Responsibilities will often include making travel arrangements, organizing events/engagements, running errands, managing appointments/calendar, making reservations, placing orders, answering/returning calls, and many other similar administrative/clerical/support duties.
Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for a successful working relationship.
Some examples of the day to day transactions that you will be responsible for are below
■screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate with professionalism;
■meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
■organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
■dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of supervisor;
■taking dictation and minutes;
■carrying out background research and presenting findings;
■producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
■organizing and attending meetings and ensuring supervisor is well-prepared for meetings;
■liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
■devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
■arranging travel and accommodations and travelling with the supervisor to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Must be able to travel frequently to the East Coast as well as internationally throughout the year.
