This person is lovely but is very busy “creating” and can lose track of time etc. Ideal assistant will encourage the client to stay on schedule, as well as ensure that the employer’s affairs are always in order. Must be self reliant and pro-active as well as be a problem solver.
Will also be able to work on QUCIBOOKS and have knowledge of BUDGETS.
Duties: Answering phones, scheduling appointments, mail/correspondence/email, Internet orders, office supplies, assist client with their “list” of to do’s everyday, interfacing with lawyers and management team. Mail out CD’s as needed, management of staff.
Will create and amend budgets, assist with reading contracts, research and booking music artists, working with contractors and vendors.
Will make coffee and lunch runs during recoding sessions and show days as needed.
Ensuring house needs are met as well.
