An exciting music company that is “360 company”: management, writing/ producing as well as publishing seeks a dynamic, thoroughly organized Executive Assistant. A solutions oriented person.
While this role reports directly to the SVP of the co, this role also reports to the general manager and over all, will wear many hats.
The SVP needs much organizing and relies heavily on this assistant to ensure that all balls are always moving forward while they are working remotely and on the road.
As the office based assistant, you will be responsible for schedules, ensuring that the “in” box is attended to, expenses, travel arrangements, interfacing with the managers of the
clients and so on. Will also report to the general manager assisting with what is on their plate as well as dealing with budgets and expenses. Due to the fact that their business is both European based and NYC based must be available as needed for calls, etc..
This is a rapidly growing company that seeks someone to attend to their organizational infrastructure, will be able to act as the go between for several folks, but will also be an exciting and versatile role for someone to sink their teeth into at this time.
Music is experienced is preferable but not a deal breaker.
What we need is someone who is able to have zero ego and understands that even the head of the company gets the coffee.
MUST know EXCEL, POWER POINT – and will most likely start working in Overture which can be learned.
Discretion is also KEY in this role.
