We are looking for an English as first language big sister type for a 14 month old baby boy!  Mom works from home part time and out of the home so needs someone to be an extension of her.  She will guarantee 40 hours a week and the schedule can be M-F or M-TH with occasional babysitting at night.  Ideal candidate reads, writes and speaks perfect english and has newborn/toddler experience and excellent references.  Schedule is 10am/11am- 7pm/8pmish as Mom likes to be with her baby in the am.   Duties will include- feeding, napping the baby, prepping healthy sugar free meals, engaging and playing with baby, talking walks,  tidying when baby is napping, laundry when baby is napping, keeping things organized and keeping the baby engaged and happy.  We are looking for an upbeat, happy and dedicated nanny who has excellent communication skills and open and honest!  Must be dog friendly as they have 1 small dog!

Looking for an experienced Personal/Executive Asst for a NY Based Actor/Producer who is shooting several movies back to back.  Must be 100% flex and avail for a lot of travel (domestically and internationally).  This is a 24/7 type PA role where you will handle all facets of this busy professional’s life.  Once the films end you will be expected to relocate to NY and find an apt there. Must have very strong knowledge of the entertainment industry/ Production and know all the key players.  You will be the gatekeeper for this Actor and be dealing with agents, lawyers etc.  Must also be able to keep his personal affairs in order from travel to making sure he is fed on set etc.  You will handle all business and personal duties for him.  Must be dog friendly!  Ideal candidate has a strong interest in production as he has a production company.  We need someone who has a thick skin and the confidence to be his liaison.   START DATE ASAP!!  You will need to be on the east coast in a matter of days so much be avail ASAP!

English speaking Nanny needed for Venice Newborn!

Nanny needed for busy parents with a 14 week old baby.  MUST have newborn experience and come with excellent references!  This is M-F and will be either 10-12 hours per day.  Must have someone who is comfortable picking up after themselves and the baby and handling all needs including, feeding, napping, playing, activities, baby’s laundry, making homemade HEALTHY baby food and keeping things in the home tidy.   Mom is busy and works from home but Dad is at office most of the days.  There is some travel to NY or SF and maybe some weekend trips typically in the country.  Ideal candidate is polished, has common sense and knows about healthy living.  We want someone upbeat, happy and comfortable driving to Venice.  (WEST SIDE PREFERRED).  ENGLISH must be your first language b/c they need someone to be able to read, write and speak fluently.  Must have a perfect driving record and background check and a great attitude!

$25-$35/hour depending on previous salary!
