Responsibilities include:
· Answering phones, rolling calls, and handling multiple call sheets
· Act as first line of response for urgent calls when Partner not available, traffic to appropriate secondary respondent (i.e. account executive)
· Provide directions for all Los Angeles-based meetings considering best route
· Handle all document preparation and formatting for external/internal documents and planning
