. Proven bookkeeping experience
. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

. Excellent Organizational Skills and Follow-up
. Basic understanding of record label and publisher administrative procedures
. Music industry administrative or accounting experience is a plus
. Experience with royalty accounting is a plus
Position is full time starting immediately. Compensation is negotiable. Health insurance is included.
Executive Assistant to the President/CEO
REMOTE role- will work from your own home so much be a true self starter who is very organized.
General hours are 9am – 6pm however must be very flexible for this unconventional schedule when the CEO travels all over the world.

Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to provide logistical support to the President/CEO. There is a second assistant.
Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Outlook calendaring and managing executive’s email inbox
Arrange conferences, teleconferences, meetings
Arrange complex international travel itineraries, quickly address any last-minute changes or cancellations.
Anticipate Visa needs and coordinate application process
Interface with internal team, contractors, and clients on behalf of the executive
Manage second assistant and personal assistant/house manager
Available nights and weekends as needed
Coordinate the delivery of pitch materials, arrange presentation logistics, including print, shipping, and AV
Maintain the highest degree of integrity, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity, and utmost attention to detail
Personal errands as needed
. At least 2 years experience supporting a high level executive

. On call availability, flexibility to travel at a moment’s notice
. Valid Passport & Drivers’ License
. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word

Family needs an amazing and easy going Chef to cook Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for them. Ideal candidate has a great attitude and energy and is able to go with the flow of a busy and every changing household schedule. Both parents have big careers and they have a toddler son. They keep an organic household and the Chef can shop at the local Whole Foods and Instacart or Amazon Prime Now when needed.
Mom is in the industry and eats VERY clean and healthy! At times she may be on a certain diet.
Dad is naturally thin and enjoys comfort food at times but also will eat healthy with his wife as well. He likes a packed lunch to bring to work every day.
Son is a good eater and will eat what the couple likes. He will need a packed lunch for school daily.
Ideal Chef can cook a wide variety of cuisines and isn’t afraid to try new things. The couple doesn’t like the same menu each week. You will work with the Personal Asst to set up a system for approving weekly menus. Not a super formal home.
The family tends to eat dinner together. You will be expected to cook and set the table and leave the food on the stove for them to serve when they get hungry. Before you leave the kitchen should be tidy and the family will leave their dishes in the sink for you to clean in the am. Family entertains in some form once a week (ladies lunch, friends for dinner or perhaps a playdate for the son with some kids and moms).

Mom and dad, who are separated, live right by each other (2 miles apart) so will work between the two homes to ensure that their child has whatever they need for activities/sports/school etc.
Some days will pick up child at school at 3pm, take to the park, activities/classes, bring home and change, bathe, unpack an organize things for the next day. Will also assist with walking dog, light meal prep or assist with dinner prep, laundry for child, assist with organizing and tidying.
