Strong communication skills a must.<br />

<p>Seeking someone to care for 2 boys, 3 and 7, while parents are at work.  Come in for an hour prior to pick up and get things organized, prep meals, pack snack bags laundry for kids.</p>
<p>Pick up from school, take to park or activities.</p>
<p>Prepare meals.  Would like someone to cook organic.  They can share cooking ideas if you are not an excellent cook.</p>
<p>After meal prepare for 7:30 bedtime.</p>
<p>Ensure house is tidied after kids go to bed.</p>
<p>Seeking someone who is fun, energetic, focused on the kids and nurturing.</p>
<p>REALLY lovely family.</p>
<p>Hours can be increased if you want over summer when children are out of school.</p>
<p>Must be prepared as well to do occasional late nights and weekends as is needed for their work.</p>

Employer is planning on launching a new business this summer where she will be financing some pop culture/music related projects so the more you can bring to the table the better chance you have to grow with her!  Must have your own reliable car and have no ego when it comes to running errands, grabbing coffee/lunches, and handling anything that pops up.  Must have excellent follow through, great organizational skills, be hardworking and have the ability to multi task and prioritize.   This employer does not like to micro manage and she does travel internationally at times so we need someone who can oversee projects without help and be a great liaison!  Must be comfortable signing a NDA.  A passion for Music and Pop Culture is a plus!  This is an amazing opportunity to work for a great boss and hopefully grow with her new business!  </p>
<p>Hours 9-5 with some flexibility<br />

<p>Clients that are artists seek someone to assist the Mrs. with all home needs as well as act as the liaison to the artists office and their staff.</p>
<p>This role requires that someone be proactive, detailed, exceptionally organized and great at facilitating all needs.</p>
<p>Must be kid friendly, be able to work in a home where there is other staff as well as work with staff of office.</p>
<p>Ideal person will have had experience managing the home, caring for all personal needs as well as has assisted with creating organizational systems, filing systems etc.</p>
<p>The key to success in this role is to be good at anticipating needs (i.e.: if you know there is a dinner coming up start to think about what will be needed, if guests are coming, what needs to be prepared etc.),</p>
<p>Must be able to have larger oversight of needs as well as be aware of smaller needs – gas in car, light bulbs, replenishing items and so forth.</p>
<p>There are contractors working on the home a lot as well so will manage that too.<br />
