2 MONTH PERSONAL ASSISTANT TEMP JOB! (NO LONGER ACCEPTING RESUMES)
20 Jun 2011Looking for a 2 month long Personal Assistant for a Client’s home in Calabasas. It’s 3 days a week (one has to be a Monday) for 5 hours each day (8-1pm). Total 15 hours a week at $25/hour.
They are looking for someone to hold the fort down while the whole family will be spending the summer on the East Coast. It is a very busy, beautiful home with many vendors, workers, phone calls etc. You will be expected to handle phones, oversee venders, book appointments for family of 5, pay bills, work on projects and handle some business affairs for her real estate development husband. They need someone who has a 4 YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE and experience working in a high end home. Ideal candidate is extremely detailed with great follow thru, PC and MAC skills and an excellent writer (good grammar). Also, they need someone who is a self starter and can anticipate their needs!
This is a 1099 (private contractor position)
