Sophisticated financial services firm in West LA seeks a polished Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work full-time Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, answering phones, assisting with preparation of presentation materials using PowerPoint, arranging travel, maintaining office supplies inventory, designing and implementing office policies and effective filing system and managing HR-related duties (drafting employment offers, new-hire packages, benefits, etc.) Must have strong knowledge if MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. $65-70K & benefits & bonus.
