TEMP Needed for Chairman’s Office (November-April)

We need someone with experience in entertainment who is extremely comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Seeking SUPER SHARP, organized, bright, dedicated, hard working and detailed assistant to TEMP for 6 months or so in Chairman’s office.  The pace of this office is fast and at an extremely high level.  The office staff is lovely as is the executive.

Typical administrative duties: phones, scheduling (when 3rd assistant is not in office), management of daily tasks, being gatekeeper etc. This will also be covering Xmas season which can get hectic as well.
