Career Personal Assistant needed for Holmby Hills Estate (Filled)

Looking for a polished, upbeat, professional gatekeeper to work closely with another assistant in home office. Must be excellent at handling phones, heavy scheduling, travel coordination, shopping online and liaising with household staff. There are no errands with this position but you will coordinate with Driver often. Must have great personal assistant experience and know how to keep everything in the Principals life running smoothly.  We need someone who is meticulous and extremely organized who takes pride in working hard and making everything a little easier for the boss and the household.  Must be able to anticipate her needs and be 5 steps ahead of her. No egos and must have a thick skin. Ideal candidate will not want to grow and is looking for a place to stay long term. Hours approx 10am-7pm + overtime.  Rarely needed on nights or weekends. Health insurance after 6 months. Hire ASAP.
