EA needed for Businessman in small BH office!


Looking for an organized, detailed and polished Executive Assistant to support a busy man with all of his business and personal needs. You will be based out of a private family office of 5 who oversee his investments as well as manages his assets and acquisitions. The Principal is only in LA half of the year and has homes around the country but you will be holding the fort down from the office. Duties will include ; handling all travel arrangements for him and his family (using the family jet), scheduling, making sure he is on track and all meetings are set, occasional gift buying and basic errands. The majority of the role will be acting as a logistics coordinator for all the moving parts of his life. Must be excellent at scheduling and have at least 1 -2 years of experience on a corporate desk.

Hours approx. M-F. 9-5:30 + some OT
