Exec/Personal Assistant for Facialist to the Stars!

Looking for a great Assistant who has experience working with very heavy personal and business scheduling!  You will be working in a very busy SPA environment so much be a quick thinker, organized and excellent at juggling many balls at once.  This well known facials has the best client list in town and needs you to be able to set all appointments and do it with grace under pressure.  Ideal candidate is upbeat, confident, friendly and has excellent admin skills.  Duties will include, greeting many high end clients, answering emails, managing the books/payments, ordering inventory, shipping packages, errands, retail and production management, heavy scheduling for the owner (Personal and Business schedules).  Ideal candidate is not star struck and can multi task well.  Owner is going to be launching a skin care line so this is a great opportunity to get in now and GROW with the company!  Someone who can help with that and bring ideas to the table would be amazing.

Schedule approx 8:30-5:30 + flexibility!

50K-65K + DOE and health benefits
