Seeking a sharp, detail-oriented administrative/personal assistant for a financial advisor/private investor in Beverly Hills and his wife. Clients are really nice people and it is a great environment. 50K – 60K (depending on experience and salary history) base plus 5K-bonus assuming all is going well. 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, and money towards benefits.

The bonus can also go higher after time. There is also opportunity for raises based on performance.

Hours are roughly 9am – 5:30pm with half hour lunch break, and occasional early morning hours for trading.

MUST be a self-starter, personable and extremely organized.

Responsibilities in the office include tracking investments, executing stock and mutual fund trades, paying bills, invoicing clients, quarterly expenses, extensive filing, managing office suite operations, arranging travel, maintaining calendar, answering phones and keeping this busy advisor/investor organized. At the house, responsibilities include assisting wife with household bill pay, health insurance submissions and various projects she’s involved in as a trustee of an east coast college. Must be good with numbers and spreadsheets as well as PC’s, Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Being computer savvy (ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems) is a big plus. Flexibility, good attitude and a desire to learn are important. Ideal candidate would feel just as comfortable interacting with clients in the office as the gardener at home.
