Executive/Personal Assistant – BH

Our client, an UHNW individual, is seeking a top-level, no-ego, career Executive/Personal Assistant to join the Family’s long-term staff at their Beverly Hills estate. You will be working alongside an Estate Manager (11 years), a Personal Aide (14 years), and other amazing team-members so it is important that you enjoy working on an excellent cohesive team, all of whom are humble, without ego and are on board for one reason and one reason only –to provide exceptional service to an exceptional family. Keywords that describe the ideal candidate include: Professional, poised, polished, mature, no-drama, service-hearted, organized, diplomatic, respectful, calm, proactive, anticipatory, team-player/team-builder, educated, gracious, loyal, discreet, caring, positive, upbeat, resourceful, bull-juggler and creative. Must haves include: excellent written and oral communication skills, high-level Mac proficiency, long-term intent, ability to pass a comprehensive background check, excellent verifiable references, intimate knowledge of Los Angeles, and the ability to travel within the US 1-2x per year. Responsibilities include maintaining a busy and ever-changing calendar, responding to emails (sometimes up to 150 per day), US mail and phone calls, drafting letters, tracking invitations and gifts, liaising with Family Office Staff (accounting/finance/ investments/philanthropy), Corporate Staff, Flight Department, Owner’s Rep for ongoing residential construction projects (a big plus if familiar with construction and interior design) as well as countless others in the Principal’s orbit. General office hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm with ability to be accessible as needed after hours and on weekends via text/email. $100-130K++ DOE plus full benefits.
