Executive/Personal Assistant/Property/House Manager- Hancock Park. $25 an hour on the books.
Seeking a FT Assistant to work with a successful, mature, businesswoman who is LOVELY. She is a wonderful woman who is a grandmother at this time and keep sa fun and lively environment for her family. Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm (with many days ending earlier- easy going hours) in Hancock Park. Will work out of a guest property on the grounds and will assist in all areas of her life and her home. Duties include but are not limited to: Ensuring day to day needs met for personal calendar, overseeing gardeners, houseman ( where condition of grounds/house are concerned), pool man, running errands, booking appointments and reservations, handling purchasing/paying for online purchases, house management duties and dealing with vendors, and driving as needed in an Escalade. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful but not required. Must be polished and savvy, detailed, organized and a true problem solver. Great on computer, tech savvy. There will be in short order 3 kids under the age of 3. There are 2 nannies and a houseman so must be family friendly. Also pet friendly as there are dogs—so must be ok to work with the dogs as well. She is very detailed but super easy going as a person. Low stress job.
