Office / Marketing Assistant for HUGELY successful Jewelry Co- Sherman Oaks

We are looking for an Office / Marketing Assistant to join the team to perform a variety of office support, customer service, and marketing tasks in our small (and SUPER fun) office.Monday through Friday, $15 – $20 (cap at $20) an hour DOE. ┬áIdeal person is super fashionable, organized, detailed, knows “brands” and is over all into fashion. If you are a great fit there is room for rapid growth!
This is a great entry-level position for anyone looking to working the jewelry industry and/or in marketing as you’ll be able to be involved in every aspect of a thriving jewelry company from design to production to retail.
    • Serve as receptionist, answering office telephones and providing customer service.


  • Help pack and ship online and wholesale orders


    • Authorize and track repairs from the time they’re received through return shipment


  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials
  • Act as in-office photographer



    • Love of jewelry
    • Customer service guru. You’re friendly, passionate about helping people and solving issues, and pride yourself on your ability to de-escalate tense situations.


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in fashion, marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus
