45K-60K Salary will be based on previous salary history and experience.
9-5pm (with flexibility as needed).

Client in the Los Feliz area near Griffith park, seeks a true and dedicated PA/House Manager.
MUST have had experience running busy lives and homes for at least 3 plus years.
Clients that are artists seek someone to assist the Mrs. with all home needs as well as act as the liaison to the artists office and their staff.
This role requires that someone be proactive, detailed, exceptionally organized and great at facilitating all needs.
Must be kid friendly, be able to work in a home where there is other staff as well as work with staff of office.
Ideal person will have had experience managing the home, caring for all personal needs as well as has assisted with creating organizational systems, filing systems etc.
The key to success in this role is to be good at anticipating needs (i.e.: if you know there is a dinner coming up start to think about what will be needed, if guests are coming, what needs to be prepared etc.),
Must be able to have larger oversight of needs as well as be aware of smaller needs – gas in car, light bulbs, replenishing items and so forth.
There are contractors working on the home a lot as well so will manage that too.
Client seeks a long -term commitment.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
