Work + Play Method- for the busy professional who wants to eat clean!

Shira Lenchewski is a unique combination of Registered Dietitian and foodie.  Scientist and tastemaker.  A dynamic, results-oriented nutritionist with her finger on the pulse of today’s busy professionals.  Her WORK+PLAY Method™ empowers clients to break the cycle of guilty eating, and replace it with mindful eating.

Shira’s method is built on a clean-eating lifestyle, emphasizing whole, organic foods with big flavors.  Through coaching, she helps clients navigate portion control and hunger/satiety cues, allowing them the freedom to incorporate their favorite foods in moderation.  All without a guilty aftertaste.

Shira is skilled at designing sustainable eating plans that work for even the most demanding lifestyles: fashionistas, performing artists, and world travelers alike.  She is also well versed in food allergies (she herself is gluten-free).  Understanding the challenges of dining out and eating well on the road, Shira works with clients to find clean menu options at their favorite restaurants and hotels.

Shira’s practice is as forward-thinking as her method.  She visits clients at home and at work, wherever they may be.  And she incorporates the latest technology to help clients make informed decisions on the fly, as well as making herself as available as possible for questions along the way.

The ultimate goal of the WORK+PLAY Method™ is to develop a positive relationship with eating, allowing clients to enjoy good food (and wine), and look great in their favorite clothes (and without them).    Shira and her method have been featured in Glamour Magazine, and she’s a regular contributor for
