Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Monday through Friday — business hours
40K – 50K doe and salary history plus benefits after 60 days.

We are seeking a personal and executive assistant to provide support to the company’s owner and CEO. The successful candidate will provide support on personal and business tasks and be able to transition seamlessly between the two worlds. A proactive and positive attitude are essential to your success in this role. You will be able to show evidence of strong planning and organizational skills, as well as good personnel management.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining calendars, including scheduling personal meetings and appointments
Handling basic filing and record keeping
Acting as a liaison with personal and company vendors
Acting as a communication link and liaison between cross functional teams as needed
Arranging travel & accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the owner & CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately
Being able to complete household errands and facilitate other household business including but not limited to assisting with onsite photo shoots, going to post office, picking up office supplies etc.
Providing a high level of professionalism and customer service to internal and external clients
Taking on some of the Founder/CEO’s responsibilities and working more closely with management
Reminding the owner and CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Planning and organizing company events
Project managing items as they come up
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience working as an executive/personal assistant
Self-motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication, problem-solving and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential
Accustomed to working with tight deadlines
Fast, organized and logical thinker
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Pro-actively approach problem-solving
Must have the ability to adapt quickly to changes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Organized and adaptable to assist in multiple projects at once
Detail-oriented as this role is responsible for reporting
Bachelors Degree in Communication, Finance, Business, or a related field
Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
Well groomed and hard working
Must be friendly and personable
