Full Time or PT Personal Assistant/House Manager, Woodland Hills


Two extremely busy businesspeople/authors require a true right-arm/extension. Household management, dog care, errands/shipping, computers, organization + some business work. Must be able to prioritize tasks, orchestrate daily operations around the busyness of multiple demands + monitor the daily running of the household: stocking and supplies ordered, closets and drawers organized and house maintenance performed with the ability to liaise with others to ensure all household and basic business aspects are cared for meticulously.

Resourceful, detail-oriented, organized, OK working alone, embrace “no task too small”; Able to prioritize, multi-task, coordinate appointments, interact with outside professionals + vendors/contractors. Excellent communication, computer, social media and technical skills. There are some physical tasks, must be able to move a ladder, get up on the ladder, drag a hose around the yard, and the like. Being handy is a bonus. The days are full with the need to wear many hats and maintain a calm countenance in managing multiple duties while interacting with various people. As a direct consequence of being within a fast paced day, you must be focused, quickly problem solve, retain information, and prioritize multiple requests with retention.

In-home personal assistant experience a plus; or must have some assistant experience, i.e office, executive, personal, household management, etc. Housesitting is a possibility, as well room for advancement taking on more creative and business projects over time, if of interest.

This is a long term position, must agree to one year minimum in writing.

Work in a beautiful home, for conscious, healthy, and happy people. This is a great job for a true Assistant. This job is either Full Time or available Part Time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday all day.  $20-$25 an hour or so.
