Actor and actress/husband and wife are seeking a long-term, full-time CAREER Personal Assistant to work from their home in Brooklyn. There is a Nanny in place for their toddler and a dog walker for their dog, but the Assistant must obviously be child and pet friendly. Responsibilities include overseeing the household and a secondary residence in Upstate NY (so you must be a licensed driver), including but not limited to scheduling cleaning services and repairs, sorting and responding to mail (USPS, emails, faxes), receiving and sending out packages, gift purchasing and wrapping, reconciling credit card statements, dropping off/picking up dry cleaning, running errands, grocery shopping, travel arrangements and event planning. You will also liaise with employers’ agents, attorneys, business managers, publicists, stylists, glam squad, etc. so you must be an excellent communicator and understand timelines. General office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm with on-call accessibility after hours, including weekends. Must haves include excellent organizational abilities, advanced degree in ball-juggling, discretion, confidentiality, loyalty, honesty, calm, grace and service-heart.
