House Manager/Personal Assistant – Beverly HIils, ENT based family
70K – 95K will be based on experience.
Seeking a personal assistant/head housekeeper for a wonderful family in their home in Beverly Hills. The primary responsibility will involve working on a one-to-one basis with clients facilitating their daily lifestyle requirements and making sure their home runs smoothly and is presented in an immaculate condition at all times. Candidate will work closely and report directly to the Estate Manager. You will work in a fully staffed household and oversee the work of 3 cleaners.
Candidates must have at least 2-3 years experience as a PA and experience with Household Staff/Property Management. This position is ideal for someone with a real can do attitude, super organized and switched on. Someone personable, happy and humble. Someone keen to adapt and carry on with the rules in place. The majority of this role is working for/with the Lady of the house in her private chambers. Yachting background a plus, must live in Los Angeles to be considered.
This is a full time, Mon – Fri position, with occasional weekends if needed. This is not a live-in position. Salary Approximately $70-85K /yr DOE with benefits (after probation period).
The role involves:
Consistently providing excellent customer service to the family
Reacting and responding to client requests (local Los Angeles knowledge is needed).
Managing household staff and third party providers
Daily supervision, rota management and assistance to the housekeeping staff when required
Some table & drink service when required
Some experience in budgeting and accounting
Identifying and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Problem solving and troubleshooting thus retaining invaluable client relationships
Diary assistance, making reservations
Fleet of car’s “management”
Run various errands and stock the home with necessary supplies
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will need to have the following competencies:
Fluent in english
Previous Assistant/Lifestyle Management experience in a client facing role
Experience working with High Net Worth individuals & families
Well networked with good contacts
Ideally experience in the following Lifestyle areas: staff sourcing, luxury travel, home management, event management.
Excellent written and computer skills
